This expanding Patisserie chain commissioned a large new bakery to serve their London outlets. The three-stage conversion of a 1960’s warehouse was completed on schedule in 15 weeks from strip-out, through enabling works to the final fit-out.
The project included new windows and roof coverings, a new loading bay with roller shutters, the installation of a mezzanine floor, cold rooms, a large freezer and all electrical and mechanical services.
