CLIENT: Covent Garden Restaurants
A complete strip-out of an existing Restaurant was followed by extensive structural alterations to enlarge the floor void for the mirrored pizza oven feature. The fit-out included the construction and installation of the bars, servery counter, curved staircase and glass balustrading. Decorative wall finishes include backlit glass, fret-cut mdf and sandblasted brick and steelwork.
The project was completed, with mechanical and electrical services, fit-out of two sets of toilets and the replacement of the entire shop front in 12 weeks.
